I have a list of podcasts I listen to; you can access them by using the link at the top of this page appropriately named Podcasts. Most are linked to the iTunes subscribe page for the cast, but I have been sluggish because of the heat and busy with work, so not all of them have been linked yet. But they are there, none the less, for your browsing enjoyment.
HDTV and Home Theater Podcast –
If you are an a/v nut like I am, you want to listen to this podcast. Lots of good information on the large screen TVs and all the cool devices that go with them, including sound equipment, in case you are just an audiophile. Speaking of cool accessories for you home theater, check out my newest toy. I am very impressed with it and that is a difficult thing to do.
Casting From the Server Room –
Mostly about technology in education, this show is straight from the trenches. The hosts seem totally involved with what they do, and throw in a good bit of tech news and such. Maybe it’s not for everybody because of the educational slant, but I certainly know some educators that could benefit from listening to this well done cast.
Chip-for-Brains Computer Show –
I tried. I really did. But I can’t even get through one episode of this show. It’s not that it’s particularly bad in any one instance. It’s just that it’s very remedial. If you are new to computers, this is the show for you. Otherwise, bring a pillow so at least you’ll be comfy when you nod off.
That’s it for today. Leave a comment and suggest a podcast you’d like reviewed (yes, it can even be your own podcast.)
